Headlines: Microwave Sponges! Bird Flu, Iran Nukes.
Ugg… I didn’t notice the errors in the video! Something went wrong while rendering.
To be honest I’m a little frustrated with the Flat World Reports right now and am reevaluating my approach.
So now the question, what do you think? Is it better with multiple cuts, was the flow better before. What about the type of news, there are basically three categories, news commentary, fabricated additions to real events, and complete fabrications what do you like best (I used to do a lot more complete fabrications, did that work better?)

I thought it was good. Kind of like the old format better.
But, hey, gotta try new stuff in order to stay sharp… right?

I’m with Wally, I think the old format was better. Great to keep the balance between news commentary and fabricated stuff. with large doses of sarcasm. I was checking out some of the earlier ‘masterpieces’ on ‘youtube’ which aren’t on this site. I would say that they were some of the best - still trying to work out what was different.
In any case I look forward to my weekly dose of satire. The Flat World Report just seems to help Monday mornings at work seem more tolerable. Great stuff Steven Taddei. Bring on the Prozac!!

Thanks guys! - I think I might have been getting a little watered down, but I hopefully got back to the roots a bit with the new ones for Monday (which will be posted sometime tonight).

Great stuff. I prefer the stuff based on reality, though…too many wholly fabricated stories detract (for me) from the absurdity of the real.
